POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a licensed commercial plumber to join our team on a fast-paced restaurant buildout project. This is a full-time position requiring immediate availability and flexibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform plumbing roughin work (underground and above ground)
- Install pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and supply lines per construction drawings
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate with general contracting and other trades
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and health regulations
- Support project timelines and quality requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid plumbing license (journeyman/apprentice, journeyman preferred)
- Minimum 2 years commercial plumbing experience (NO residential-only backgrounds)
- Demonstrated experience with roughin installations (underground and above-ground)
- Basic handyman and general construction labour skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints




- Reliable vehicle required (travel to work sites daily)
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight for projects outside immediate area
- Available to work overtime when project demands require it
- Able to respond with flexible scheduling (available anytime when needed)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Restaurant or food service facility construction experience
- Knowledge of commercial-grade kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems
- Additional handyman/general construction knowledge
- Experience working with multiple trades on complex projects
- Robust safety record and attention to detail
