Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to support the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations




- Support the team by serving guests when needed and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere in the kitchen

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations in a restaurant setting
