Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by executing tasks swiftly and accurately
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles
- Experience handling food in a fast-paced workplace demonstrates adaptability and resilience
- Understanding of food industry regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently under pressure, and communicate effectively with team members
