Position Title: Supply Chain ERP Functional Analyst – Transportation, Warehousing & Logistics - ContractDepartment: Supply Chain – Senior ManagementReporting Manager: Supply Chain ERP Transformation LeadJob SummaryWakefield is undertaking a major ERP transformation initiative and is seeking a Supply Chain ERP Functional Analyst – Transportation, Warehousing & Logistics to support the implementation and deployment of the future‑state ERP platform. Reporting to the Supply Chain ERP Transformation Lead, this role will support the design, testing, deployment, and adoption of transportation, warehouse management, distribution, and order fulfillment processes within the new ERP environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to document requirements, support process design, participate in system testing, and help drive user adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the business subject matter representative for:Transportation ManagementWarehouse OperationsDistribution & LogisticsOrder Fulfillment ProcessesParticipate in process design workshops and future-state process development; Document business requirements, process flows and operational needs; Support evaluationof ERP functionality against business requirements; Escalate process gaps, risks, and issues to the Supply Chain ERP Transformation Lead; Testing, Validation & DeploymentAssist in the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Support creation of test scenarios, test scripts, and validation activities; Identify, document,
and track defects through resolution; Participate incutover planning and go-live readiness activities; Provide business support during hypercare and stabilization periods; Data & ProcessReadinessSupport master data validation and data cleansing activities; Assist with inventory, planning, and quality data migration activities; Help ensure accuracy and consistency of transactional and master data; Support development of standard operating procedures and process documentation; Training & Change ManagementSupport creation of training materials and user guides; Participate inend-user training sessions; Act as a super-user and champion for process adoption; Collect user feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives; Other activities as required to achieve project success; Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.3–5 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics, customer service, or distribution operations; Experience workingwithin an ERP workplace; Exposure to ERP implementations or major system upgrades is considered an asset; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset but not required; Bilingual (Englishand French) preferred; Core CompetenciesTransportation and warehouse process knowledge; Operational problem solving; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Process documentation and process mapping; Collaboration and stakeholder management; Attention to detail; Adaptability and learning agility; Communication and training skills; Working ConditionsOffice and manufacturing workplace.Salary Range$25/hour – $30/hourContract Role18-24 months#J-18808-Ljbffr
