Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing Experience developing and scaling high-performing creative across digital channels Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads) Experience leading or collaborating closely with creative production teams Proven track record of testing, iterating,
