Little Caesars is hiring for a full-time Shift Runners in Training position that is primarily for closing shifts.

This position is for someone who is reliable, hardworking, positive, and interested in growing into a leadership role. You do not need to already be a manager or leader, but you do need to be dependable and coachable.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works hard beside the team, stays calm under pressure, and earns respect through their attitude and effort.

Responsibilities

- Help run closing shifts smoothly and efficiently
- Lead and support staff during the shift
- Maintain food quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service standards
- Keep the team focused, productive, and skilled
- Handle customer concerns properly
- Complete closing duties and ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day
- Follow food safety and workplace safety rules




- Take responsibility and follow through on tasks
