Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. is currently seeking an Experienced Loader Operator for our Pits & Quarry Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Rubber tire loaders safely and efficiently
- Loading gravel truck, feeding crushers and screeners, and stockpiling material.
- Proper machine start-up and shutdown knowledge/practices
- Fuel and perform basic maintenance on equipment as required
- Execute the daily plan and work sequence under of the direction of the Foreman
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and crew
- Ensures tools and equipment are constantly kept in a safe, operational condition
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist the crew with general labour as needed

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating loaders
- Have a mechanical background and experience working with heavy equipment
- Problem solver and ability to work independently
- Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking




- Flexibility to work long hours during peak periods and on an emergency basis
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
