We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will take ownership of our supply chain coordination, transportation activities, and inventory processes. Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations Management: Coordinate daily transportation, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory movement, maintain accurate records, and work with internal teams to support stock availability.
Supplier and Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure reliable logistics support.
Team Supervision:
Provide guidance and support to logistics coordinators and operational staff, including task planning and performance feedback.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines, reduce operational costs, and enhance workflow efficiency.
Performance Reporting: Track logistics metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures, transportation requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of experience supervising or coordinating a team.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Experience with inventory systems, logistics software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities with the confidence to work with vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Ability to manage priorities, resolve logistics challenges, and make practical operational decisions.
Leadership Style: A hands-on and collaborative approach with the ability to motivate teams and improve daily operations.
Pay: $85,851.00-$92,000.00 per year
