What You'll Do Provide timely and accurate technical support to corporate and international clients across all GTB cash management products via phone and email. Manage and resolve client escalations, ensuring adherence to service standards and maintaining client confidence.



Assist with onboarding and implementation of electronic cash management services for top-tier commercial and corporate clients. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to optimize call handling, fulfillment, and overall service delivery. Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures in all client interactions and operational activities. Collaborate with internal teams on projects and contribute to quality management initiatives. What You'll Bring Strong knowledge in electronic cash management, especially in payments and reporting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with clients. Fluency in English and either Spanish and/or French Experience managing client relationships in a financial services or banking setting. Familiarity with operational risk, regulatory compliance, and AML/ATF frameworks. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
