As a key player in the Detect & Track Distillation team, you will influence the technical direction from early stages.
This opportunity involves distilling large foundation models for effective target detection, classifying data, and re-identifying targets over time. You will primarily work from Lausanne, Paris, or Zurich, applying advanced techniques in model optimization and machine learning operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Distill foundation models into task-specific components
- Optimize neural networks for embedded hardware constraints
- Manage MLOps pipelines ensuring robust logging
- Collaborate on data curation for improved model accuracy
- Benchmark distilled models for performance evaluation Requirements:
- Degree in STEM field with strong academic record
