Profile

Supportingboth the Maintenance and Packaging departments, the Maintenance Technician isresponsible for format changeovers and first-level maintenance on assignedequipment. They also perform technical inspection rounds on packaging andcase-packing equipment to ensure proper operation, compliance with safetystandards, and optimal performance, while suggesting improvements to reducebreakdowns.

Available Positions (3)

- Night shift (weekdays): Mondayto Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Weekend shift (day): Saturdayand Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekend shift (night): Saturdayand Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

- Analyze the production scheduleto identify required changeovers and timelines; request support from theProcess team when needed




- Assist line operators withequipment adjustments during format changes
- Support Maintenance duringequipment transfers and adjustments
- Conduct routine inspectionrounds to ensure proper operation
- Assist General Services withfacility maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness andorganization of assigned work areas
- Follow company policies andstandards (quality, hygiene, safety, environment)

Administrative Tasks

- Record interventions in theCMMS system
- Report any issues or anomaliesto the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

- Training or experience inelectrical and mechanical fields
- High school diploma (DES), DEP,AEC, or DEC required
- Relevant certifications inelectrical and/or mechanical work
- Minimum 1 to 2 years ofexperience in a similar role
- Robust French skills andfunctional English required to ensure clear communication (safety,procedures, training)
