- Execute routine repairs on electrical and plumbing equipment

- Inspect premises for safety and maintenance issues

- Handle handyman duties while fulfilling housekeeping tasks Requirements:
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
- Capable of self-regulating and independent work
- Familiarity with minor repairs in facility and equipment
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
