The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods while maintaining company standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety. The Pastry Chef de Partie works under the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef, aiming for consistent, high-calibre food presentation.Eligibility:Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
