Key Responsibilities:
• Attend meetings to analyze project requirements
• Select subcontractors and assess their costs
• Prepare complete takeoff for project estimates




• Advise on scope changes throughout the estimating process

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience
• Proficiency with estimating software like B2W/HeavyBid
• Solid understanding of civil construction projects
