Babcock is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator in Victoria, BC to enhance supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance for critical defense projects.As a vital part of the team, you'll manage subcontractor interactions, oversee performance against contracts, and drive improvements. This 8-month fixed term position demands robust organizational skills and a commitment to supporting national security.Key Responsibilities:- Administer Supplier Relationship Management tasks- Conduct subcontractor meetings to ensure compliance- Develop Work Packages in collaboration with Project Managers- Proactively resolve subcontractor issues as they arise- Maintain accurate reporting on program milestonesRequirements:- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications- Strong verbal and written communications skills- Background in Marine, Aviation, or Defence sectors preferred- Must be eligible for Canadian security clearancesDrive meaningful contributions to defense initiatives with Babcock's dedicated team in Victoria.#J-18808-Ljbffr
