The role requires a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and at least one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance workplace. Your experience will play a crucial role in maintaining the building’s integrity and functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work flow for optimal service efficiency
- Manage contractor services and general building maintenance
- Arrange and monitor performance of outside contractors
- Ensure accurate completion and reporting of work orders
- Delegate tasks to Maintenance or Groundskeeping personnel Requirements:
- Complete Grade 12 education
- 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate required
- Minimum one year experience in healthcare facility maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
