Maintenance Supervisor – Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB Pursuit Collection offers guests iconic destinations and unforgettable experiences. As the Maintenance Supervisor at Chateau Jasper, the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the maintenance of all physical structures, including guest rooms, parking areas, utility rooms, outdoor patios, pool, and spa, ensuring the premises are safe, functional, and attractive.

Role & Responsibilities - Supervise maintenance activities of the property

- Assist with the upkeep of company vehicles
- Coordinate maintenance activities with the Hotel Manager
- Assist with maintenance of staff housing units
- Coordinate all renovations on the property
- Perform preventative maintenance and communicate plans
- Train and mentor maintenance workers
- Take full responsibility for onsite maintenance workers, ensuring health and safety, pool and hot tub upkeep, septic field management, and best practices
- Prepare schedules and ensure shift coverage
- Interact frequently with coworkers, management, and guests
- Assist with payroll control for the maintenance department
- Handle landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot cleaning
- Ensure safe work practices and fire procedures
- Use Limble (maintenance management system) effectively Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum three (3)



years’ experience in a related maintenance field (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool treatment, and painting)
- Excellent mechanical ability and knowledge
- Ability to train staff and give direction
- Administrative skills and basic computer knowledge
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of tools and their uses (tools provided)
- Ability to manage large workloads, multitask effectively
- Ability to work versatile shifts (day or night)
