Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct repairs on fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and other facility components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces or special projects within the facility.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and others.




- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and think critically under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the scope of work.
