They are looking for a Chief Electrical Engineer to join their multidisciplinary team in Montreal . In this strategic role, you will supervise the engineering phases of various electrical projects related to mineral processing as well as industrial projects (CAPEX and OPEX).

Your responsibilities will include advanced design and supervision of complex electrical projects, as well as project management. Key responsibilities as a Lead Electrical Engineer: Project Design and Development: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for mineral processing and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while integrating innovative solutions.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution and completion of electrical engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets (CAPEX and OPEX)



and resources to ensure successful delivery within the defined scope.

Technical Supervision: Conduct technical reviews and provide advice on electrical engineering practices, ensuring the highest quality of work and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, clients and regulators, to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in electrical engineering practices, contributing to the development of sustainable and effective solutions for mineral processing and industrial applications.

Skills sought in a Chief Electrical Engineer: Holder of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field;

Experience in autonomous power generation plants based on generator sets; Knowledge of ETAP software, an asset;
