Major Responsibilities

- Responsible for profit and loss as well as cost effective operations of the restaurant
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for profitability
- Train and drive employees performance in exceed of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements including but not limited to food safety, workplace safety and employment standards
- Manage positive customer relationships and delivery of pleasant dining experience

Job Requirements





- Degree in business management or food services related disciplines
- Mandatory knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management role
- Robust leadership, organizing, problem solving and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English

Terms of Employment

- Full time, permanent
- 40 working hours / week
- $79,200 - $87,600 annually depends on experience
- 2 weeks annual paid vacation
- Pay: $79,200.00-$87,600.00 per year
