The Role

As the Managing Director,



Debt Capital Markets within Real Assets, you will provide strategic leadership across CPP Investments’ global infrastructure, energy & power, and real estate portfolio to support debt financing, optimize capital structures, and strengthen lender relationships. Working closely with investment teams, portfolio companies, strategic partners, and lenders, you will provide market insight, advise on complex financings, and help shape portfolio‑wide financing strategies and best practices.
