As Manufacturing

Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing by managing efficiency, equipment, innovation, and process projects. Support innovation projects alongside the Production Manager Champion continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing Project manage the rollout of new products in the manufacturing sites Conduct time studies throughout operations to validate labour requirements and drive process improvement Develop manufacturing standards for costing purposes and develop other process standards (ex. Pallet standards, packaging standards, nailing standards, gluing standards, etc.) Comply with local regulations Adhere to ISO 9001 and 14001 Policies and Procedures This position is located in Peterborough and you will report to the Production Manager.





Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalency in combination of education and experience 2-5 years’ manufacturing experience in a technical role Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings/documents Strong ability to Project Manage Experience working within a manufacturing ERP system is considered a major asset Our ways of working are characterized by Customer First, Cooperation, and Communication.
