Our client is a well-established Canadian manufacturer and industrial supplier serving customers across a variety of industrial sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee production, logistics, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and managing complex supply chains.

Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained. Implement and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow processes. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Logistics Management: Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Procurement Management:



Lead procurement in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and services. Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training . Analyze operational data, identify trends, and generate reports for senior management.

Manage operational budgets and forecast resource needs. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ~7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a robust focus on production, logistics, and procurement. ~ Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Strong leadership and team management skills. ~ Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software ~ Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions. A competitive base salary of $135,000 - $150,000, along with a variable bonus structure.
