Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will manage the 13-week cash flow forecast and prepare monthly bank covenant compliance reports.

This position requires a robust understanding of variances, operational results, and manufacturing processes to support effective decision-making and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast analysis
- Prepare monthly bank covenant compliance reporting
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close process in collaboration with the Accounting Manager
- Review and analyze manufacturing operational results Requirements:
- CPA designation or in progress
- Approximately 5 years of finance experience
- Strong background in manufacturing costing and variances
- Proficiency in variance analysis and P&L; literacy
