Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality assurance, and on-time delivery of products. This role manages production teams, optimizes workflows, improves operational performance, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.

- Monitor production schedules, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization.

- Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability.

- Analyze production data and prepare operational performance reports for senior management.





- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage departmental budgets, staffing requirements, and employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or production management.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management systems.

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP manufacturing systems.

Pay: $98,935.31-$104,218.07 per year
