WELL Health – PoCo Wilson Family Practice, located at 2185 Wilson Avenue, Port Coquitlam, Canada, is seeking family physicians for a long‑term urban locum role. Long Term (>8 weeks)

Hours

Flexible schedule. Physicians work full‑time or part‑time, with the option to include virtual or telehealth hours. No strict time‑off policy; on‑call rotations are shared with other clinicians in the practice.

Financials

Overhead Agreement: Monthly (PCN) for Nurse Practitioners. Financial details are coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.

- Access up to 2 exam rooms during shifts and 1 office; clinic has 20 exam rooms total.
- Shared and dedicated office space.
- Profile EMR system; no paper charts.

On‑Call Arrangement

- Physicians take turns in rotation with a group of clinicians in the clinic.

Staff

The clinic employs 11 physicians (both part‑time and full‑time), an office manager, 2 RNs, and MOAs to support transition.

Qualifications

- Hold or be eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP).
- Hold or be eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC.
