Part-Time Marketing Associate (In-Person)

Location: Toronto, ON (In-Person)

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 3 days per week (Monday & Wednesday are mandatory 1 flexible weekday)

Compensation: $20/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our quick-paced real estate marketing team. This is an in-person role where you’ll be involved in end-to-end marketing, supporting both digital and offline initiatives.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
- Design marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist with photo/video shoots and short-form content creation.
- Edit reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Update website content and landing pages.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support paid advertising initiatives (Meta & Google Ads).

Offline Marketing

- Coordinate print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and banners.
- Prepare marketing packages for listings, launches, and events.
- Assist with open houses, seminars, networking events, and office marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and other suppliers.
- Maintain marketing inventory and promotional materials.

Administrative & Marketing Support





- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Support branding initiatives across different campaigns.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operations and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads is an asset.
- Previous marketing, communications, or social media experience is preferred.

Requirements

- Available to work Monday and Wednesday (mandatory) plus one additional weekday.
- Able to work in person.
- Comfortable occasionally supporting events outside regular office hours when needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Bonus Qualifications

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (considered a strong asset).
- Experience in real estate marketing is an asset but not required.
- Photography or videography skills are a plus.
