The Role

Coordinating professional photographers and videographers for current listings Preparing property particulars and overseeing digital campaign presentation Managing Fine & Country marketing and exposure scheduling Conducting accompanied viewings and managing buyer relationships Providing vendor feedback and maintaining proactive communication Negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion Managing property access, keys and board instructions with professionalism Assisting and liaising with sales progression team where required The Individual Proven experience within estate agency Strong understanding of premium brand presentation Confident negotiator with commercial awareness
