About the role

We’re looking for a creative Content & Growth Intern to help more students discover Useno. You’ll create useful, engaging videos about internships, job searching, career resources, and relatable student experiences. You do not need a large following or professional experience.

Responsibilities

- Create and publish approximately 5 short-form posts per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Test your own ideas for reaching more students and growing the platform
- Convert content engagement into signups through a tracked referral link

Compensation

- US$17/hour - 5 hours per week.
- Potential performance bonuses based on results

Qualifications

- Able to film with decent lighting and transparent audio
- No resume required
- No previous professional experience required
