Who you are : You have a degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or related field. You have 46 years of experience in marketing or related experience. You may have experience working with (or at) an advertising agency or media agency.

You may have knowledge of digital media, media performance metrics, and the traditional media landscape. You can inspire and motivate internal and external partners to maximize impact. You have strategic thinking, problem-solving, time-management, and cross-functional consensus-building skills.

You have strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills. You have strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel). You can work independently and with a team. You can cater communications to a wide variety of audiences (franchisees, executive team, etc.).

You can manage complex lists of deliverables. You have strong relationship-building skills. You have a passion for advertising, media, and the hospitality industry.
