Role Overview: This contract role involves partnering with a leading AI research organization to evaluate how well AI systems perform real-world marketing tasks. You will define standards for excellence by designing grading criteria and scoring work samples with detailed written justifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables, including creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand frameworks, ad copy, and client-ready presentations
- Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria, providing thorough written justifications for each evaluation
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible across evaluations
- Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate on grading criteria and evaluations as needed
- Maintain attention to detail while evaluating work against business objectives and creative briefs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep fluency in marketing craft,



including writing and evaluating creative briefs, developing campaigns across channels, and judging creative work against objectives
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain why work meets or falls short of the standard
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to calibrate judgment against peer feedback and maintain consistency in evaluations
- Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a solid plus
