Role Overview The Marketing Technology Solutions Lead bridges strategic marketing goals with technology solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, deep technical knowledge, and hands‑on execution to design, implement, and maintain MarTech systems that enhance marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and translate them into actionable MarTech solutions. Develop a cross‑channel MarTech strategy covering email, push notifications, digital advertising, and other engagement points. Identify and automate workflow opportunities, streamline processes, and integrate new technologies. Research emerging MarTech trends, evaluate tools, and lead proof‑of‑concept projects.
Integrate Artificial
Intelligence to improve creative processes and campaign execution. Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of MarTech solutions, including platforms such as ClickUp, ReTool, Hightouch, Builder.io, and Oracle Responsys. Design, optimize, and maintain robust solution architectures ensuring data flow and integration.
Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend continuous improvement. Establish and enforce MarTech best practices, data governance, and system integrity. Define technical and business requirements, evaluate vendors, and contribute to RFP processes.
Document solutions, processes, and data flows; provide training to marketing teams.
Required Skills &
Experience 5+ years in MarTech, marketing operations, or related field with a track record of strategic problem‑solving. Strong systems thinking, pattern recognition,
and ability to translate tactical details into strategic outcomes. Expertise in workflow automation and proficiency with low‑code platforms such as ReTool and ClickUp Automations.
Proven ability to strategically apply AI in marketing across channels. Excellent cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and ability to translate complex business needs. Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising, email, and push notification platforms.
Experience designing solution architectures across multiple MarTech systems, with strong data flow and integration skills.
Experience defining technical/business requirements and leading vendor evaluations. Highly autonomous with robust independent judgment. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Nice‑to‑Have Skills &
Experience Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
