Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Meat Packaging Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging meat products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your active participation will ensure our products meet quality expectations and are ready for distribution or sale.

Responsibilities

- Package meat products accurately using appropriate packaging materials to preserve freshness and quality




- Operate manufacturing equipment related to meat packaging with mechanical knowledge and precision
- Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the packaging area to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with meat cutting and butchery tasks as needed, supporting the overall manufacturing process
- Follow established food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of meat products
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential efficiencies in packaging processes

Experience

- Reliable and hardworking — shows up and gives it their best
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Farming, hunting, or kitchen experience is an asset — not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required
