Your Impact Communicate buy changes to vendor reps e.g.: cancellations, shifts, brand changes Maintenance of campaign executions e.g.: pacing, make goods and pre-emption Invoice discrepancy resolution Inputting/uploading campaigns – broadcast and potential digital Generating campaign reports – including pre and post documents, Masterfile Daily campaign maintenance Corporate estimating and posting Execution, confirmation and monitoring of investment buys Maintenance of clients’ monthly media expenditures (budget control reports) Use EssenceMediacom Proprietary tool and other measurement software (Numeris) Your Qualifications Driven desire to develop and excel in a media career Strong attention to detail accuracy and mathematical competency is a must Highly developed organizational skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated solid technical and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate within a team Positive, flexible attitude with ability to balance assignments and work under tight deadlines Intermediate proficiency in MediaOcean, Infosys, Airware, TV/BBM, LENS, and other media related tools Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
