We are looking for a friendly, energetic and organized team member to join our growing full scope Optometry practice in Orillia. We are committed to enhancing our patients quality of life by providing eye care and eyewear of the highest standard.
The right candidate must value excellent customer service, love working with a team, able to multi task and willing to learn and grow with our practice.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Reception work; welcoming patients with a smile, booking appointments, organizing doctors schedules, receiving/making phone calls, processing payments and using electronic medical records
Pre testing/Diagnostic testing for doctors (we will train the right candidate if you have no optometric experience)
Working with our wonderful staff to keep our office flow in check
Medical or Optometric experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
