Member Services Team Member

Established in 1897, the Calgary Golf & Country Club is Western Canada's premier private members' golf, recreation, and social club. Centrally located on the banks of the Elbow River just 5 km south of downtown Calgary, we offer our members the highest standard of facilities, programs and services and we are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to join our Member Services Team, for the remainder of this season and beyond.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Providing a professional and friendly service to our members and their guests.

· Interacting and conversing with members, getting to know their needs and preferences to help provide superior service.

· Retrieving and staging member’s golf equipment ready for their round.

· Cleaning member’s clubs and storing them safely in our bag storage area.

· Maintenance and cleaning of all electric and non-electric golf carts.

· Monitoring and maintaining all practice areas, ensuring they are always fully stocked and clean.





· Ensuring our bag storage area remains clean and organised.

Qualifications & Skills

· Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment.

· Friendly, professional manner with a focus on delivering excellent member service.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physically capable to perform tasks, including lifting golf bags, walking the large practice areas and standing for extended periods.

· Ability to approach people with confidence and excellent communication skills

· Polite and attentive

· The ability to show initiative and be proactive

· Knowledge of the game of golf is beneficial, but not essential.

Schedule & Hours

- Full-time seasonal position available (End of the 2026 golf season).
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexibility is required, with occasional overtime or holiday shifts depending on Club needs.

· Chance for continued employment may be available based on Club needs and performance. Compensation & Perks

· Starting Wage: $15.50
