In this pivotal role, you will market and promote Northern's comprehensive product offerings, including consumer loans, mortgages, and credit cards. Your operational expertise will also help members navigate self-service channels ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the initial contact for member inquiries
- Promote and up-sell financial products and services
- Educate members on using self-service delivery channels
- Efficiently manage workload and meet deadlines
