Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Apparel Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent degree
- 12+ years in design, including 5+ leading teams
- Expertise in outdoor product construction and materials
- In-depth understanding of outdoor user needs
- Capacity to travel internationally for research
