This position emphasizes collaboration with community partners to enhance mental health accessibility. You'll engage in treatment provision to underserved populations while ensuring adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and mental status individually
- Administer medications and ensure treatment compliance
- Develop and revise client recovery plans
- Collaborate with community partners for service enhancement
- Engage in education for clients and community outreach Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Knowledge of mental health modalities and assessment skills
- Experience in community-based mental health settings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
