Transform the lives of children and families as a Therapy Support Navigator at CASA Mental Health. This role involves cooperative care, treatment delivery, and skill application within hybrid settings. At CASA Mental Health, you will contribute significantly to the Core program.
This temp role focuses on supporting screening and case management in mental health treatment for children aged 3 to 17. Your expertise in behaviour management and community resources will ensure effective treatment plans are achieved and expanded upon through group facilitation sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate case management with Mental Health Therapists
- Conduct phone contacts and gather treatment updates
- Facilitate child and parent treatment groups
- Prepare observation reports from facility and home visits
- Create and distribute educational newsletters for Head Start Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in children’s mental health settings
- Active registration under the Health Professions Act
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
