Lieu de travail : Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHoraire : 37.5Secteur d’activité : Ressources humainesDétails de la rémunération : $142,800 - $176,800 CAD Description du poste Department Overview: Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, TD Securities, the Human Resources Business Partner works in close partnership with Capital Markets senior leaders and relevant partners to develop and execute people strategies, including the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align to business objectives. This role is a key member of the TD Securities Human Resources team and will work with the business partners to provide balanced and practical solutions on a range of human resources issues. Provide strategic and consultative support to the TD Securities Technology business on HR initiatives to drive business value and growth. Liaise with Centers of Excellence on all aspects of HR including talent development, resource and succession planning, recruitment, total rewards, employee relations and performance management. Provide ongoing sound advice and guidance to business leaders on all people‑related matters, assessing organisational needs/capabilities, and develop people strategies and programmes to achieve business objectives and enhance organisational effectiveness. Lead talent management and acquisition initiatives to position the business to anticipate, execute and meet current and future talent requirements. Develop and execute HR strategies within own authority, aligned with enterprise‑wide HR objectives, values, philosophy and TD Bank Group’s business strategies.



Work closely with the senior leadership team and act as a trusted advisor across all aspects of HR, people planning and management to ensure business objectives and plans are delivered. Partner across the broader enterprise and with HR colleagues to influence and implement programmes, policies and practices. Support the attraction, development and retention of talent – partner closely with business leaders to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time and that diversity in the workplace is a high priority. Monitor HR measures to assess effectiveness of HR strategies and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Anticipate the HR implications of business strategies and initiatives and advise and influence the leadership team accordingly. Enable effective talent planning to identify high‑potential resources for key positions and develop supportive succession plans. Anticipate and manage concerns of multiple stakeholders, ensuring all parts of the function receive high‑quality advice and support. Participate on various internal and external committees and project teams as appropriate. Stay abreast of current developments in HR both internally and externally.



Qualifications Undergraduate degree; a Master’s in Business Administration is an asset. 10+ years of experience in Human Resource management with deep understanding across multiple disciplines. Proven leadership of large change programmes and processes in partnership with the business, demonstrating the ability to act as a catalyst for change. History of successful client relationship management at the executive level, adept at interacting with diverse groups of colleagues. Proven ability to develop and execute strategies delivering superior results, both short‑ and long‑term, aligned with overall business strategies. Proven ability to develop and deploy a vision and align others to that vision. Known for providing creative thought leadership while also listening to and engaging others to shape vision. Comfortable operating in a large, complex matrixed organisation. Powerful communicator engaging colleagues, business partners, external stakeholders and employees. Confident presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills, including high EQ and emotional maturity, to facilitate work with senior management at all levels. Demonstrated relationship‑building skills with a superior ability to deliver results with a commitment to operational and service excellence using positive impact and influence. Negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input while remaining objective to reach the right outcome.
