Job Title: Senior CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite)

Client: Public Sector

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Note:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM development, integrations, and Microsoft tech stack, with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Skills

- Solid experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (D365)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Hands-on with Web Services / APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of XML, batch processing, Windows environments
- Experience with system integration, middleware, and design patterns

Experience

- 5+ years in CRM / application development
- Experience with custom portals, legacy systems, and integrations




- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Public sector experience is a plus

Other Skills

- Basic knowledge of IAM / OKTA / security
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support D365 CRM applications
- Build integrations using APIs and web services
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and provide post-implementation support
- Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions
