Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and aligning our platform with the needs of scientific workflows. This position requires independence and a proactive approach to customer success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Mid-Market customer book for renewals and expansion
- Build trusted relationships with scientific and operational stakeholders
- Identify risks and growth opportunities proactively
- Drive customer adoption and value based on workflows
- Support onboarding and training while emphasizing time-to-value Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in full lifecycle customer relationship management
- Strong engagement skills with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and analytics
