We are currently seeking experienced Millwright / Riggers to join our growing team in Brockville, Ontario. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, assembly, relocation, rigging, and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment, machinery, and materials. This role involves working on a variety of industrial and construction projects, including equipment moves, plant shutdowns, machinery installations, and material handling operations.

This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working with heavy equipment, cranes, rigging systems, and industrial machinery in both yard and field environments.

Responsibilities Assemble, disassemble, install, and relocate heavy industrial equipment and machinery. Perform rigging and lifting operations using slings, chains, shackles, hoists, and other rigging equipment. Load, unload, move, and position heavy equipment, structural components, and materials safely and efficiently.

Work alongside crane operators during equipment installations, removals, and relocation projects. Operate and work around forklifts, cranes, boom trucks, and other material handling equipment. Read and interpret project drawings, layouts, and installation plans.

Assist with machinery installations, equipment upgrades, maintenance projects, and plant shutdowns.



Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures.

Requirements Previous experience as a Millwright, Rigger, Machinery Mover, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role.

Experience working with heavy equipment, industrial machinery, rigging, and material handling operations. Solid mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Experience working around cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment is considered an asset. Millwright certification, rigging certification, welding experience, or related industrial experience is considered an asset.
