Grader Operators are needed for Nuna Logistics Limited, a leading Inuit-owned heavy civil construction and mining contractor. This role involves working on large earthworks and mining projects in remote northern locations, offering a unique opportunity for those with experience in grader operation and a passion for working in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in rotational schedules and remote camp life, demonstrating strong safety awareness and teamwork.

What You’ll Need

- Previous experience operating graders in road building, mining, and/or industrial settings
- Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
- Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E; concepts into work
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Experience with radio communications and protocols
- Ability to complete pre-trip safety inspections and daily hazard assessments
