RigER is oilfield job management software for energy service and equipment rental companies. Since 2012 we have been streamlining every stage of the oilfield job cycle, from first client contact to final invoice. Our platform includes RigER Cloud for centralized job and asset management, RigER mobile apps for field operations, and RigER BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Our users work on lease roads and well sites, often offline for a full shift. We build software that keeps working when the network doesn't. The Role

You will design, build, and maintain the mobile applications behind RigER's oilfield job management platform, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability in real field conditions. Day to day, you will:

Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize existing code across our mobile apps

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ship cohesive mobile solutions

Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews

Contribute to architecture and technical decisions for our mobile products

Support app deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting





Ensure seamless online and offline experiences for field teams What We're Looking For

Strong mobile application development skills, with experience building and maintaining production apps for iOS or cross-platform environments

2+ years of Flutter experience (required)

Solid OOP fundamentals: modular, testable, maintainable code

Hands-on iOS development experience, including frameworks, SDKs, and App Store deployment

Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with cloud backends and databases

Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance, security, and reliability

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions

Clear communicator who works well in cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus Points

Industrial, field service, or energy sector software experience

Familiarity with offline-first app design and analytics tools
