Job Purpose The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance for buildings, building systems, and equipment.

Qualifications High School graduation or equivalent. Must have two years of related experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude as verified by testing. Ability to attend work on a regular basis.

Assisting tradespeople and contractors with repairs, renovations and maintenance

Performing inspections and preventative maintenance activities

Recording and maintaining operational records and documentation
