You will maintain smooth operations by identifying and resolving issues proactively.Operate production machinery and identify opportunities to optimize performanceEnsure quality and food safety standards are metMeet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activitiesExecute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipmentPromote awareness of unsafe situations and take appropriate actionWho We’re Looking For2–3 years of manufacturing experience (asset)Good computer skillsForklift certification (preferred)Boiler certificate (Class 5 or higher, preferred)Ability to work in rotating shifts: 5:30 a.M.–2:00 p.M., 1:30 p.M.–10:00 p.M.,
