Drive

Sales & Build Relationships – Spend over 50% of your time out in the field, connecting with clients and industry pros.

Close Deals

Efficiently – Work closely with borrowers, branch teams, and corporate to ensure smooth loan submissions. Stay Licensed & Informed – Maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules. Network & Grow – Build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.

Lead & Innovate – Set the standard, explore new solutions, and contribute to a high-performance team.
