A well-established organization is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Configurator to support the design, development, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to critical business systems while working with modern Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.

Your New Role:

The MS Dynamics Configurator will translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, develop, test, and support scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct business analysis to understand client and system requirements.

Work with solution architects to design and develop user interfaces and integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Design and develop configurations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.

Design and develop C# plugins to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Ensure business needs, including security and data integrity requirements, are met across all solutions.

Conduct code and configuration reviews and walkthroughs.

Develop and execute unit and integration test cases as part of configuration and code development.

Perform testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure requirements are met and applications perform as expected.

Analyze and resolve issues, including application support, troubleshooting system errors,



and performance concerns.

Champion best practices to develop scalable solutions through supported and upgradeable configurations, customizations, and implementations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Post-secondary education in an Information Technology-related field.

5+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancements, including customizations, plugins, custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and C# programming.

Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Power Apps are considered an asset.
